Initiate Your Request
Contact our Hive customer service team with your order number and the specific reason for your return or exchange request.
Verification Process
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Package Your Fuel
Securely pack the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Refund or Replacement
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange.
